We’re looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Technician who can troubleshoot complex problems, deliver quality service, mentor other technicians, and help us build a team we’re proud of.

What You’ll Do

• Lead in the field: Support, mentor, and help develop technicians with varying levels of experience.

• Deliver quality HVAC service: Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

• Set the standard: Reinforce safe work practices, company procedures, and high standards for workmanship.

• Build customer trust: Communicate clearly, explain repair options, and help customers make informed decisions.

• Support team performance: Help technicians work efficiently, solve problems, and identify opportunities for additional training.

• Represent TemperaturePro: Take ownership of your work and help us earn the trust and five-star reviews that keep customers coming back.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re an experienced HVAC professional who takes pride in being both a skilled technician and a dependable leader.

• Experience: 5–7+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, with a strong track record in service, troubleshooting, and repairs.

• EPA Certification: Required.

• Leadership: Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising technicians or other employees.

• Technical expertise: Confident diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues across residential and light commercial systems.

• Customer service: Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust, explain solutions, and recommend appropriate repairs.

• Workmanship: You believe in doing the job right the first time and never cutting corners to save a few minutes.

• Integrity and reliability: You show up, follow through, take responsibility, and treat customers’ homes with respect.

• Professionalism: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Growth mindset: You want to keep learning, take on responsibility, and help build something great.

Preferred, but not required: NATE certification and experience with ServiceTitan.
